Booking Rooms in the 2010 World Championship Village
If you are a Festival team or spectator and would like to stay in the World Championship Village it is necessary for you to book this accommodation via the University. All World Championships teams do not have to go through this process, the English Lacrosse Association will contact your team mangers regarding your accommodation requirements.
The draw for the festival will not be completed until the end of March 2010 but you will need to be available to play between the 17th and 21st July 2010 for U16, U19, Open Social, Elite Open and Ladies divisions. For the Masters, Grand Masters and Super Grand Masters Divisions you will need to be available to play between 18th July and 22nd July 2010.
If you want to attend as a spectator then the world championships will run from the 15th to the 24th July 2010. A full schedule is available within the World Championships section of 2010worldlacrosse.com

How to Book Rooms in the World Championship Village

Fill in the personal details section including a correspondence postal address

State whether you are booking as an individual or as part of a team or group

Select whether you would like a room in Woolton Hall (£26.50) or Richmond Park (£32.50)

Select the number of rooms you require

State the names and ages of any guests under the age of 18

State the names of the guests you are booking rooms for

Include the team or group name you are staying with (if applicable)

Tick the box for each of the nights you require a room

The full cost of your stay will be calculated automatically

Select whether you would like to pay by cheque or credit card and include your credit card details if paying by this method
